A Prophet’s Last Words

by Gunnar Milton Johnson

GoodBookStall Review:
A Prophet's Last Words is a series of prophetic revelations received prior to the authors death in 2002. Due to the style, each one being a love letter from Jesus, reading this book feels like reading someone else's letters. Each revelation is followed by a passage of Scripture that is echoed by the revelation before it. Every letter builds up, encourages and exhorts. No letter suggests to replace Scripture, instead they breathe life into many familiar passages. My one problem with the book is the title. While Pastor Gunnar had what many believe to be the gift of prophecy, the term Prophet is potentially off-putting for many readers, but if you are not put off by the title, this book would make a good companion for your Bible study.
