This is Our Time
by Jim Ritchie
GoodBookStall Review:
In this book, everyone who loves the Church of Jesus Christ and has a concern for the Kingdom of God in Scotland will be faced with hope and challenge. My deepest hope is it will also give us the courage to go for it, inspired not least by Jim and Maggie's own courage and faith in stepping into the adventure of "The Scotland Trust." says Kenny Borthwick, Chairman of C.L.A.N. Gathering and New Wine Scotland, and minister of Holy Trinity Church of Scotland, Wester Hailes, Edinburgh, "The Church in Scotland is known around the world for what God did in our land in the past. There are a growing number of God's servant's who are no longer content to settle for stories of what God used to do, and they're seeking after God afresh for Him to do something new in our day and generation. Jim Ritchie is one such servant whose heart is contained in the pages of this book. As you read it , be prepared for not just hearing Jim's heart and passion; be prepared for receiving God's heart and passion for Scotland in these days.

| Reader review: - Andrew Lacey, Manager GLO Bookshop, Motherwell In that tradition, Jim Ritchie’s book encourages the church in Scotland to continue to look for God’s blessing- and to pray & work to this end. Jim is a Church of Scotland minister, and director of The Scotland Trust, ad this is his first book. He has travelled widely around Scotland to encourage many different fellowships, and the GLO Bookshop has been delighted to partner with Jim in promoting this challenging title. We were most recently working together at ‘The Commission’, a men’s event held at the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow. In addition to powerful teaching from Rev Ian Coffey and worship led by Robin Mark and his band from Northern Ireland, Jim was able to share his vision of a forthcoming mighty revival in Scotland. Amen- come quickly, please! |
