The book is a hardback cut out to the shape of the stable, so each page is designed around that basic shape. There are flaps to peep under on each page, so the reader, who has only a few words to read, can embellish the story with extra words as the hidden pictures are looked at.
On every page there are little creatures such as mice or spiders, bees or ladybirds to find and others hiding behind some of the flaps. A fun way to introduce the Christmas Story.
