This book is pure fun! I loved the term Puddle PenTM and of course I had to try it out. I filled the ‘pen’ with water, making sure to screw the top down tight, then ‘painted over one of the cards to see the picture emerge. That took me back a good few years to similar books in my childhood, but this is far more clever than those. These pictures disappear when they dry out and can be done over again! One warning though. If you lose the adhesive strip that holds the picture cards into the envelope at the back of the book, then the cards slip out easily, and will soon be lost or damaged. The helping hand of an adult is needed. There are only five Bible stories here, so perhaps we shall see more similar titles. I hope so.
