I started to read from the first page, then picked it up and dipped, and dipped again, reading and re-reading these Gems. I laughed, I just read and I thought hard about some of the pieces. They really are a mixture, and well worth spending time with. Arranged alphabetically by theme and illustrated with some amusing cartoons, if you have enjoyed Mark Stibbe’s previous compilations, you are sure to enjoy this book.
