What a delight! I could equally well put this title into the ‘Marriage and Family’ category, but it is full of humour so fits well into this category.
Mark Stibbe has obviously had fun compiling this and I’m sure I detect that Alie, his wife, had a hand in it too. The humorous stories, the wise sayings and the cartoons are all excellent, the stories in particular are enough to make you laugh out loud and want to share them with the nearest person, so be careful if you are reading this on public transport!
Page after page of short pieces, many quotations from famous writers and longer passages from the Bible and Common Worship.
