Baroness Cox

by Gilbert Lela

GoodBookStall Review:
Reading this book you swing from despair, at what this intrepid woman finds on her many journeys to desperate areas, to wonder, at her ability to meet with people of all races and creeds, to make their needs known to a wider world. Some of this makes harrowing reading, but we need to know that these terrible things are happening around us, and not only to Christians but to other creeds as well. Through it all shines the amazing figure of Baroness Cox, fearlessly speaking out in the House of Lords and anywhere else that will listen. Wherever there is distress, she will be found searching out the unpalatable truth of the situation whatever the dangers to herself. These are very real and yet she is able to report on miraculous happenings that have enabled some people to escape their killers, and she herself has travelled unharmed. We all owe her a big ‘Thank You’ for bringing these dark horrors into the light.
