GoodBookStall Review:
The 21st title in this excellent series of books about recent historical figures. The series is intended for secondary schools, to help with course work for RE or Citizenship. Simon Wiesenthal’s life is told with telling illustrations and the stories of the perpetrators of the cruelty to the Jews brought tears to my eyes. These are happenings that should never be forgotten; nor should the story of the man who spent the rest of his life tracing these people and bringing them to justice. The ‘Things to do’ at the end of the book are equally thought provoking and stimulating, raising moral and ethical issues while suggesting positive ways to express the thoughts in speech, writing or action.
