GoodBookStall Review:
This has made such an impression on the ‘4x4’ Children’s Service Team that they want their own copies…the Advent material has proved to be just what we were looking for and going through the book many other ideas caught the imagination. We are adapting the Advent material as our service is not a Eucharist, but the ideas for the shape of the service and suggestions for craft activities have enthused the team, especially the idea of ADVENTure Sunday.
There is a wealth of good ideas in the book which can be used for both the services suggested by the title and for services such as our bi-monthly ‘4x4’.
New ideas for Mothering Sunday are so welcome!
With readings, prayers, music and craft ideas, this really is a complete package which will help enormously all those trying to produce these most difficult of services: my favourite in this series so far (and I thought the Wedding one couldn’t be topped!)
