A really useful book and a must read for those in leadership or advancing towards it. This is a book to be read and re read. It is biblically based and relies heavily on principles found in the bible to ground it’s own dogma. This is not a difficult read but is a process to be worked on. Jerry Wragg deals with areas of criticism and conflict, being humble before God, problems of the gifts, and shaping the next generation. I approached this book with some alarm and then found myself surprised, challenged and encouraged that someone understood my problems with some of the current leadership programmes and was able to develop my understanding of where we should be going.
