GoodBookStall Review:
This is the Christmas story told from Joseph’s view point.
Joseph’s father had taught him the trade of carpenter, and Joseph had also learnt to love God. Thus he was ready to take his part in God’s great plan for mankind. He met Mary and they planned to marry but when she told him she was expecting a child he thought that meant he had to part from her, as the child was not his. God’s plan was very different and so the story continues. I particularly liked the illustrations which are beautifully and sensitively drawn and together with the words make this a very special book for a young child.
