It offers suggestions for dealing with various situations, suggests ways of transformation and possible outcomes and gives the reader chances to consider how best to deal with a variety of situations. Details on what makes a good leader and how to be one are included. Although slanted towards the Christian leader it is a handbook any leader could benefit from.
