It’s No Sin To Be Sixty
A Positive Look at the Third Age
by Neville Smith
GoodBookStall Review:
This is for men and women in the so-called Third Age and is written by a retired Anglican priest. It is an eminently sensible book full of good, sound advice. It covers all the situations that are common to people advancing in years, like relationships with family and friends, keeping active mentally and physically, strain and stress, the need for personal space, facing disability, spirituality and attitude to the Church, the growing extended family, and many others. Neville Smith brings his wide experience as priest and chaplain to his comments and reflections on later life. Each chapter ends with a simple relevant prayer. This is a warm-hearted, stimulating and always entertaining book.
