The granddaughters are getting older and are moving out into the world, so this story takes us far away from Blessing and the area with which you have become familiar if you have been following this series as I have. Yet through it all, it is firmly anchored back in Blessing where the majority of the family come through a very difficult time with the help of a good friend. Grace is the deaf daughter of Kaaren and Lars, twin sister of Sophie; she never expected to leave home but she has to work out her destiny for herself, with all the heartache that involves.
