Mission-Shaped Questions

Defining Issues for Today’s Church

Edited by Stephen Croft

GoodBookStall Review:
Mission Shaped Questions is the latest in the Mission Shaped series to come out of the Fresh Expressions team. Critical questions like ‘what is a fresh expression of church?’ were explored by experts and academics in a national tour: the write up of which has now been printed. Careful editing has avoided the inevitable repetition which 14 contributors might bring, and the whole book reads easily despite the complex issues tackled. A great insight from gifted people, this is an objective theological exploration and assessment of a significant movement of mission today. It gets under the surface and ably offers a critical analysis which the wider church has been calling for. A specialist read maybe, but one which will be relevant for a long time to come.
