GoodBookStall Review:
This is part of the Truth and Christian Imagination series which comprises five titles Creation, Incarnation, Redemption, Resurrection and God, so to review just one is to indicate that eventually, all the series should be read to place the individual books into context. This book is not what you may imagine it to be and needs to be seen and glanced through on a bookshelf. The contents are stunning in their presentation and the words complement the pictures so well. Each chapter is well explained and takes us through in simple enough, yet theologically sound, explanations of this phenomenon which is the basis of our faith. Having read a lot of McGrath’s work I find him to be exceptionally gifted in the way he puts across the true meaning of the text and explaining in detail, yet in simple terms, what we need to know. Pick up the series if you can!
