It is now fifty years since The Grail produced its psalter for liturgical use by Roman Catholics in this country. It would be interesting to know what impact the language of the Grail Psalter has had on the devotional life and the thinking of those for whom it has become so familiar. This edition is a revision, as it were. An inclusive version of the Grail psalter was produced as long ago as 1983, and this edition brings it into line with contemporary thinking as it has developed since then.
