GoodBookStall Review:
If you have not seen Jonathan Lee’s books before, you have missed a treat. He uses his teacher character, Miss Phips to tell her class a story, this time, ‘the greatest story ever told’ – the birth of Jesus. When the story ends, one of the children asks a question which enables Miss Phips to tell them more about Jesus, his life on earth and why he died for us. My grandchildren love Jonathan’s style of drawing and the brightly coloured pictures make the story come alive. At the end of the book are things to do and a badge to cut out.
