The Day the Sky Opened
by Andrew R Guyatt
GoodBookStall Review:
This book arrived on a Saturday morning, and I had finished it by late that night! We all know the bare bones of the story that is all we get in the Bible. Genesis, chapters six to nine, tells of Noah and the Ark but we don’t often go further to the end of this story. Andrew Guyatt has used New Testament texts and a great deal of research and imagination to weave a very realistic re-telling of the whole story. This insight taught me so much and had me gripped right through to the last page, then I picked up my Bible and re-read the story there with opened eyes. Very enjoyable, exiting drama throughout.
