This is the third compilation of this style from these two. The previous ones A Box of Delights and A Bucket of Surprises were great fun, and well used. Now comes A Barrel of Fun and I have enjoyed this as much if not more than the previous two. Permission is given to use up to 750 words from this volume free of charge for reproduction in church magazines and newsletters when produced on a non-commercial basis (see the front of the book). Not just a laugh, but pause for thought too.
