‘Each pocket sized book is bound in a white textured finish with gold titling and a ribbon marker. The prayer book contains a mixture of traditional and modern prayers simply arranged under broad themes. These include prayers about learning to pray, prayers for forgiveness and prayers for people we love. The Bible verses volume is a distillation of wisdom from the Bible that is also arranged by themes: love, trust, creation and the teachings of Jesus’ These are the words of the publisher and describe these volumes perfectly. What they omitted to mention was the rounded corners, blue print and presentation page in each that make these books even more special. They have been published separately in 2002, but this slip case edition of the pair makes a very special gift for many occasions.
