Light Force
by Brother Andrew and Al Janssen
GoodBookStall Review:
Brother Andrew tells the story of his involvement in the Middle East. His dialogue with all the different factions and faiths, as he works towards strengthening the Christian Church in those countries to enable local Christians to become the Light Force to shine into the darkness of misery and despair in so many homes on both sides of every conflict. I found this book easy to read in one sense, but I was so emotionally involved that I could only read a chapter at a time. The dedication and commitment shown by Christians from the Jewish and Palestinian churches is an example of what can be achieved by following the teaching of Jesus Christ. The ability of Brother Andrew to speak and meet with those in senior positions in the PLO and Hamas, and their receptiveness to his obvious sincerity and belief in Jesus as our Redeemer was an ‘eye opener’ for me, as was the rest of this book. I pray that this will be as widely read as his first book God’s Smuggler.
