I have not read every word of this book, but think that no reason not to bring it to the attention of those interested in this subject. The parts I read, I was able to follow, and found the arguments set forth understandable. I was grateful for Nigel Biggar’s conclusions at the end of each chapter and his final conclusion helpful, though not conclusive.
